Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
Noodles
  • 12 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions sliced
Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok

Method
 

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Season and cook shrimp until pink and fully cooked.
  3. Stir-fry garlic and vegetables until slightly tender.
  4. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
  5. Toss noodles with sauce and vegetables.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet and mix thoroughly.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Add crushed peanuts for extra crunch and flavor.
