- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Lightly sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in spinach and feta cheese.
- Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until eggs are set.
Notes
Let cool slightly before removing from pan. Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
