  • 2 salmon fillets skinless
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
