Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Mix gently and form evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and water in a saucepan.
- Simmer sauce until slightly thickened.
- Add baked meatballs to sauce and toss until fully coated.
- Simmer for 2 additional minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Serve with rice, noodles, or as a party appetizer with toothpicks for easy serving.
