Ingredients
  

Hot Dog Pieces
  • 8 hot dogs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish.
  2. Cut hot dogs into 1-inch pieces and toss with olive oil.
  3. Mix brown sugar, BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper for glaze.
  4. Toss half of the glaze with hot dogs and spread in baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove and toss with remaining glaze.
  6. Bake additional 10–15 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish, and serve warm.
