Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2 bananas ripe and mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 1.5 cups strawberries diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, bananas, vanilla, and yogurt, mixing well.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Fold in strawberries gently.
  7. Pour into pan and bake 50–60 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best sweetness. Store in airtight container for freshness.
