Ingredients
  

Blondie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Strawberry Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Pretzel Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for blondie base.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  4. Spread batter into pan and bake for 18–20 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberry puree until smooth.
  6. Spread cheesecake layer over partially baked blondie base.
  7. Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar then sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake again for 15–18 minutes, cool, and refrigerate before slicing.

Notes

Best served chilled for clean layers and rich texture.
