Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for blondie base.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Spread batter into pan and bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberry puree until smooth.
- Spread cheesecake layer over partially baked blondie base.
- Mix pretzels, butter, and sugar then sprinkle on top.
- Bake again for 15–18 minutes, cool, and refrigerate before slicing.
