Ingredients
  

Pretzel Layer
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Strawberry Layer
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed pretzels with butter and sugar, press into base.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip cream and fold into cheesecake mixture.
  4. Layer pretzel base, cheesecake filling, graham crackers, and strawberries.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with topping.
  6. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor.
