- Heat oil to 375°F in a deep skillet or fryer.
- Pipe strips of batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain fries on paper towels.
- Arrange fries on serving plate and drizzle with cheesecake sauce and strawberry sauce.
- Top with crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, and fresh strawberries before serving.
