- Crush freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces.
- In a bowl combine protein powder, oats, and chia seeds.
- Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Add milk if needed to adjust consistency.
- Fold in crushed strawberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Place protein balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled or store in refrigerator.
Notes
For extra flavor drizzle melted white chocolate on top or roll the balls in crushed strawberries.
