Ingredients
  

Protein Ball Base
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 2 tbsp milk if needed

Method
 

  1. Crush freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl combine protein powder, oats, and chia seeds.
  3. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Add milk if needed to adjust consistency.
  6. Fold in crushed strawberries.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  8. Place protein balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve chilled or store in refrigerator.

Notes

For extra flavor drizzle melted white chocolate on top or roll the balls in crushed strawberries.
