Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
Assembly
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • oil for frying
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Frying pan or deep fryer
  • Tongs
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  3. Place filling in center of eggroll wrapper.
  4. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry eggrolls until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve warm with optional sauce.

Notes

For a lighter version, bake or air fry instead of deep frying. Best served fresh and warm.
