  • 200 g cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice croissants and prepare cream cheese filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fill croissants, add strawberries, brush with egg wash, bake for 12–15 minutes, then drizzle glaze before serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best texture and flavor. Avoid overfilling to prevent leakage during baking.
