Batter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries with sugar and set aside.
  2. Prepare pancake batter by mixing dry and wet ingredients.
  3. Cook thin pancakes in a pan.
  4. Prepare cream cheese filling.
  5. Spread filling and strawberries on pancakes.
  6. Roll tightly and slice.
  7. Serve with toppings.
