Pancake Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Layer
  • 1.5 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberries with sugar and set aside.
  2. Mix pancake batter ingredients until combined.
  3. Cook pancakes and fold into taco shapes while warm.
  4. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  5. Fill pancakes with cream and strawberries.
  6. Serve immediately.
