Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
Strawberry Crunch Coating
  • 1 cup golden sandwich cookies crushed
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
  4. Chill mixture 30–45 minutes.
  5. Scoop and roll into balls, then freeze 20–30 minutes.
  6. Mix crushed cookies, strawberries, and melted butter.
  7. Roll cheesecake balls in crunch mixture and chill before serving.

Notes

Store refrigerated and serve chilled. Add white chocolate drizzle for extra sweetness.
