Ingredients
  

Cream Filling
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 oz each
  • 3 cups whole milk cold
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layers
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
Strawberry Topping
  • 16 oz strawberry pie filling

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.
  3. Layer graham crackers in baking dish.
  4. Spread half pudding mixture and add strawberries.
  5. Repeat layers and top with graham crackers.
  6. Spread strawberry pie filling on top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.

Notes

Best chilled overnight for soft cake-like texture. Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
