Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cookies are set.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor try using white chocolate kisses or add sprinkles before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
