Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar for rolling
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  6. Place cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cookies are set.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra flavor try using white chocolate kisses or add sprinkles before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
