- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold in strawberries.
- Prepare cream cheese filling.
- Fill muffin cups halfway, add filling, and top with batter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes.
- Cool and glaze before serving.
Notes
