Choux Pastry
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Filling
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare choux pastry dough.
  2. Pipe and bake until golden.
  3. Whip cream and prepare strawberries.
