Filling
  • 2 cups vanilla cookies crushed
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 200 g cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 2 cups white chocolate melted

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies and strawberries.
  2. Add cream cheese and sugar to form dough.
  3. Shape into egg forms.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate.
  6. Decorate and let set.

Notes

Use freeze-dried strawberries to avoid excess moisture. Keep chilled until serving.
