Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Hot Honey Glaze
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1-2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with oil and spices.
  3. Bake 35–40 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Simmer glaze ingredients 3–5 minutes.
  5. Brush glaze over chicken and bake 5–7 more minutes.
  6. Rest and serve.

Adjust chili flakes to control spice level.
