Ingredients
  

Mustard Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Small jar or ramekin

Method
 

  1. Whisk together Dijon and whole-grain mustard until smooth.
  2. Add honey, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, and brown sugar; whisk to combine.
  3. Stir in smoked paprika and salt.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice.
  5. Transfer to a jar or ramekin and chill at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with pretzels, sandwiches, or roasted snacks.

Notes

Keep refrigerated and shake before serving. Great for party prep.
