  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

  5. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  7. Fold in white chocolate chips if desired.

  10. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain a fudgy texture. Use gel coloring for best results.
