- In a large bowl combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
- Add chopped pickles and fresh dill to the vegetable mixture.
- In a separate bowl whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, honey or sugar, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk dressing until smooth and creamy.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra spice add diced jalapeƱos or hot sauce. Best served chilled and enjoyed within 3 days.
