  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk or milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp hot sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in hot honey.
  4. Add buttermilk and lemon juice.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and paprika.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add hot sauce if desired for extra spice.
  8. Whisk everything together until smooth.
  9. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or heat by adding more hot honey or hot sauce. Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
