Ingredients
  

Tofu Tenders
  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu pressed
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Press tofu and cut into strips.
  2. Mix honey mustard sauce ingredients.
  3. Coat tofu in sauce.
  4. Bread tofu with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange on baking sheet.
  6. Bake until crispy and golden.

Notes

Use maple syrup for a fully vegan version.
