Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
Milk Mixture
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
  2. Mix in remaining dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise 1 hour.
  4. Roll out, spread filling, roll and slice.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes.
  6. Pour milk mixture over warm rolls and top with whipped cream.

Notes

Chill before serving for deeper flavor. Best enjoyed within 2 days.
