- Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, broth, and honey until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F or heat oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Pat tilapia dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear in skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 min per side.
- Pour roasted pepper sauce over tilapia, ensuring fillets are coated.
- Bake in oven 10–12 minutes until tilapia is opaque and flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
