Ingredients
  

Meringue Base
  • 4 egg whites room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 drop green gel food coloring

  • Star piping tip
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add cream of tartar.
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
  4. Mix in vanilla and food coloring.
  5. Pipe tree shapes onto baking sheets.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles.
  7. Bake and cool completely in oven.
