Sandwich
  • 4 croissants
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup provolone cheese sliced
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice croissants and prepare garlic butter mixture.
  2. Brush inside with garlic butter and add cheese layers.
  3. Close and brush outside with more butter.
  4. Cook in skillet until golden and cheese melts.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Cook on medium heat to prevent burning while cheese melts fully.
