- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice tops off pretzel bread bowls and hollow slightly.
- Mix mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush bread bowls with garlic butter and fill with cheese mixture.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbling.
- Broil briefly for golden tops if desired.
