Bread Bowl Melt
  • 4 pretzel bread bowls
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice tops off pretzel bread bowls and hollow slightly.
  3. Mix mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  5. Brush bread bowls with garlic butter and fill with cheese mixture.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbling.
  7. Broil briefly for golden tops if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately while cheese is hot and stretchy for best texture.
