- Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, smoked paprika, and water then simmer until thickened.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic and parsley.
- Brush pretzel bread slices with garlic butter.
- Layer cheeses and taco meat between bread slices.
- Cook sandwiches in skillet over medium-low heat until golden and crispy.
- Flip carefully and continue cooking until cheese melts completely.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Add jalapeƱos or hot sauce for extra spice. Freshly shredded cheese melts best.
