Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking tray with parchment.
- Slice loaf in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush garlic butter into all cuts of the loaf.
- Stuff cheese evenly into all slits.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake 10 more minutes until golden and melted.
- Broil 2–3 minutes for crispy top if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately while cheese is hot and stretchy.
