Ingredients
  

Main Loaf
  • 1 pretzel loaf or bread loaf large
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
Garlic Butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking tray with parchment.
  2. Slice loaf in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush garlic butter into all cuts of the loaf.
  5. Stuff cheese evenly into all slits.
  6. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake 10 more minutes until golden and melted.
  8. Broil 2–3 minutes for crispy top if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately while cheese is hot and stretchy.
