Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
Pumpkin Sage Sauce
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Mix all meatball ingredients gently in a bowl.
  3. Form meatballs and bake 18–22 minutes.
  4. Sauté garlic and sage in a skillet.
  5. Add pumpkin, cream, and broth; simmer until smooth.
  6. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer briefly before serving.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
