  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Boil and mash potatoes, then cool slightly.
  2. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic until moisture evaporates.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Form mixture into patties.
  5. Pan-fry patties until golden on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with sauce.

Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
