Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • 0.5 cup shrimp chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
Assembly
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • oil for frying

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Deep fryer or pot

Method
 

  1. Cook vegetables, then add chicken and shrimp.
  2. Mix in cheeses and seasonings off heat.
  3. Fill and roll egg wrappers tightly.
  4. Fry until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain and serve hot with dipping sauce.
