Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in skin-on
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup white wine dry
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  4. Add white wine and deglaze pan.
  5. Add broth and herbs.
  6. Return chicken and simmer until cooked.
  7. Stir in butter for sauce.
  8. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Use a good quality dry white wine for best flavor. Avoid sweet wines.
