Tasty Homemade Jam Donut Focaccia
If a classic jam donut and pillowy Italian focaccia had a bakery-worthy love child, this would be it. Jam Donut Focaccia is soft, airy, lightly sweet, and finished with rich jam pockets and a snowy dusting of powdered sugar — everything you love about donuts, without deep frying.
This recipe transforms traditional focaccia dough into a sweet masterpiece that feels indulgent yet comforting. It’s perfect for brunch spreads, afternoon coffee breaks, bake sales, or whenever you want to impress without complicated techniques.
Unlike donuts, this focaccia bakes in one pan, slices beautifully, and stays soft for days.
