- Cook the Filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until beef is fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Assemble Rolls: Divide dough into 8 portions. Flatten each piece, place 2–3 tbsp of filling in the center, and fold dough over to seal.
- Brush and Bake: Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
